Liam's mom, Jessica, attended the team's annual Eagles Care Summit — a free full-day conference designed to bring Philadelphia nonprofits together —  at Lincoln Field Tuesday.

She and husband Jared Spingler launched LoveFromLiam, an organization intended to raise awareness and funding for retinoblastoma families, out of Philadelphia where Liam was treated.

"Blessed to be included in this years meeting," the Spinglers said on a social media post. "Great opportunity for us to learn from other organizations and key note speakers.

We've come along way in our first year — we thank all of you for all of the support.

"The Eagles are a world class organization."
