DeCarlo got his start on reality television in 2010 when he and his wife starred on "My Big Friggin' Wedding" on VH1. In 2014, DeCarlo was on "Frankenfood" on SPIKE.

"Life or Debt" follows former Fortune 500 business strategist Victor Antonio as he knocks on the doors of families on the verge of financial ruin and gives them a much needed wakeup call, SPIKE's website says.

All of DeCarlo's TV debuts focused on the growth of his company.

"I don't care how well-managed one thinks they are, you should never turn down guidance from an expert," DeCarlo told Daily Voice. "That's my theory anyway.

"And things were a bit upside down — both personally and professionally — so you'll definitely see the good, the bad and the ugly," he said.

It hasn't been decided if DeCarlo will have his own episode or if he'll share one with other cast members.

"My bills and balls were picked apart in a real bootcamp style," DeCarlo said. "All my family and friends were involved and there was a lot going on.

"I can't reveal spoilers but I can guarantee 'Life or Debt' will be very educational and very entertaining," he said.
