Camera Cover-Up: High-Paid Hasbrouck Heights Supt. Resigns

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. — The superintendent of the South Bergen Jointure Commission in Hasbrouck Heights will resign after the state found she covered up security cameras in the office she moved her daughter to without the board's approval so they wouldn't see her daughter working.

Dawn Fidanza of Ridgewood is one of the highest paid superintendents in the state.

She submitted her resignation for Dec. 31, and will be placed on a leave of absence effective Nov. 1.
