Teterboro Walmart's Falling Soup Cans Injure 8-Year-Old Boy, Mom Sues

TETERBORO, N.J. — The mom of an 8-year-old boy who was struck and injured by falling soup cans at Teterboro Wal-Mart has filed a lawsuit against the corporation in Bergen County Superior Court, NJ.com reports.

Shakiba Kirby is alleging that the cans in the vegetable aisle were improperly stacked when they fell and hit her son, sending him to Hackensack University Medical Center for treatment in May 2016, the article says.
