HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- Domenica “Mae” DiPisa, a resident of Toms River and formerly of Hasbrouck Heights, died Friday, May 13. She was 96.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter to the late John and Angelina Ferraro.
She was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe R.C. Church and a member of the Woman’s Club and the Bocce Ball Club, all in Toms River.
She is survived by her children, John DiPisa and his wife Susan of Towaco, Dr. Leonard DiPisa and his wife Sandy of Bayville and Ralph DiPisa and his wife Tricia of Medfield, Mass.; her sister Margaret LaMagna; grandchildren Mark DiPisa and his wife Stephanie, Scott DiPisa and his wife Laura, Jennifer Siegel and her husband Kenneth, Brian DiPisa and his wife Mary Kate, Matthew and Christopher DiPIsa; great-grandchildren Joseph, Kaitlin, Daniela, Jadin and Giana; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Leonard DiPisa; and sister Mary.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday. The funeral will be on at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the Costa Memorial Home, Boulevard and Central Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights. There will be a funeral liturgy at 9:30 a.m. at the Corpus Christi R.C. Church, Hasbrouck Heights. Interment to follow at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown.
