Frank M. Wisniewski, 93, Of Hasbrouck Heights

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- Frank M. Wisniewski, of Hasbrouck Heights, died on Monday, Jan. 16. He was 93.

Born in Jersey City to the late Stephen and Harriet Wisniewski. Wisniewski was an Army Air Force veteran of WW II and a member of the V.F.W. Memorial Post 4591 in Hasbrouck Heights. Before retiring, he worked for the U.S. Post Office in Secaucus.  He was also a customs agent for Railway Express Agency in New York City for many years. 

He is predeceased by his wife, Irene S. (nee Borkowski) Wisniewski; and brother, Joseph Wisniewski. He is survived by his children, Reverend Thomas Wisniewski (Pastor at St. Catharine's R.C. Church in Glen Rock) and Judy Strand and her late husband Jon Strand, Sr.; grandchildren, Kirsten Raffel and her husband Zak and Jon Strand, Jr.; great grandchildren, Aiden and Noah. 

Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Friday, Jan. 20 at 8:45 a.m. Funeral Liturgy from Most Sacred Heart of Jesus R.C. Church Wallington at 10 a.m. Interment following at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation will be on Thursday, Jan. 19 from 4 - 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Valley Hospice 15 Essex Rd. Suite 301, Paramus, N.J. 07652 would be appreciated.
