Joseph M. Trippodo, 77, Of Hasbrouck Heights

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- Joseph M. Trippodo, a resident of Hasbrouck Heights, formerly of Lodi, died Wednesday, March 23. He was 77.

He was born in Hackensack to the late Joseph A. and Pasqua A. Trippodo.

He received his master’s degree in accounting and taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford. Before retiring, he was an accountant for Macmillan Publishing Co. in New York City. He was also a parishioner of Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church and was a former member of the Garden Club both in Hasbrouck Heights.

He is survived by his wife, Jo-Ann M. Trippodo.

He was predeceased by his sister, Kathryn J. Trippodo.

Visitation will be Monday, March 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at at the Costa Memorial Home, Boulevard and Central Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights. The funeral will be Tuesday, March 29, at 9 a.m. at Costa Memorial Home. The funeral liturgy from Corpus Christi Church in Hasbrouck Heights will be at 10 a.m.

Interment will follow at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Lodi.
