Roy Cabreja, a 53-year-old convicted sex offender from Elmwood Park, was being sought by authorities after the raid on the Teaneck Road home of Maria Morales, 59, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.

Grewal’s Narcotic Task Force detectives and village police determined that Morales and Cabrja were selling cocaine from the apartment, where three young children were under Morales's care, the prosecutor said.

On Friday, they arrested Thomas Frasse, a 52-year-old commercial driver from Norwood, and Richard Miraldi, 55, of Lodi, after the bought drugs at the apartment, Grewal said.

Prosecutor's detectives then obtained a search warrant for the residence, where they found the youngsters, along with three-quarters of an ounce of cocaine packaged for sale and $4,000 in cash, he said.

Morales, Frasse and Miraldi were released without bail pending an April 12 detention hearing in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.

Detectives charged them, as well as Cabreja, with various cocaine possession and distribution counts near a school and park.

Morales also was charged with child endangerment.
