Moonachie police arrested Daniel McPeak after he was found by the homeowner, who knows him, Chief Michael J. Maguire told CLIFFVIEW PILOT .
The homeowner struggled with McPeak, who ran off Friday afternoon, the chief said.
McPeak was out on bail pending charges brought when the Bergen County Narcotics Task Force and Moonachie police found him dealing drugs out of his house last November.
Back in the Bergen County Jail again, McPeak is being held on $50,000 bail this time, charged with burglary, assault and possession of burglary tools.
McPeak has done state prison time for drug possession and shoplifting, records show. His rap sheet also includes probation violations.
