Glenn Hoskins of Park Ridge was flown with traumatic injuries by AirMed one to Hackensack University Medical Center. He had two collapsed lungs, numerous broken ribs and a fractured hip, according to a GoFundMe page.

His passenger, a 46-year-old Stacey Seablade Hoskins, was taken there by ambulance following the crash, which occurred just after 6 p.m. at West Grand and Summit Avenues off Chestnut Ridge Road near the Garden State Parkway.

Responders had to extricate the minivan driver, a Ho-Ho-Kus woman who was taken to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood with injuries that they said didn't appear life-threatening.

The 2009 Toyota Sienna emerged from the parking lot at 102 Chestnut Ridge Road heading left onto West Grand Avenue into the path of the 2003 Harley Davidson, which T-boned it on the driver's side.

The Bergen County Prosecutor's Fatal Accident Investigation Unit was investigating along with Montvale police.

Meanwhile, a GoFundMe account was established for the Hoskins, who have three children.
