LITTLE FERRY, N.J. – A Little Ferry woman and her unemployed adult son and daughter sold Oxycodone from their Little Ferry home, said authorities who arrested them after an undercover buy.
Maryann Gratzel, who turns 57 on Friday, had the drugs prescribed from a physician, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said Thursday.
Detectives arrested her son, Anthony, 38, and Rory Puntasecca, 34, who lives with them, after they sold 55 Oxycodone pills to an undercover detective in front of their Washington Avenue home -- one of several deals during a two-month investigation, Grewal said.
They later arrested Trudy Gratzel, 21, “for her involvement” in the drug distribution operation and served her mother with a summons for the same reason later in the day, the prosecutor said.
The other three were charged with drug distribution and released pending scheduled May 17 appearances in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
