Hasbrouck Heights Police Visit Young Students

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- Hasbrouck Heights police showed their appreciation for youngsters in the community when they visited two local schools and distributed "friendship" bracelets to each student.

Police Chief Michael Colaneri Sr. thanked Lincoln Elementary School Principal Joseph Colangelo and Euclid Elementary School Principal Michael Sickels for graciously hosting the visits.

The bracelets children received at the Lincoln and Euclid schools "show not only our gratitude toward them but also the friendship between the HHPD and them," Police Chief Michael Colaneri Sr. said.
