HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J.– Hasbrouck Heights police are raising funds for the Special Olympics of New Jersey by competing in the Law Enforcement Torch Run.
The 33rd annual event takes place on June 10, beginning at 5 a.m.
The grassroots fundraising organization has brought in over $3 million dollars annually .
The activities culminate with the lighting of the cauldron at the 2016 Special Olympics of New Jersey Summer Games at The College of New Jersey.
"Let's reward these athletes by showing our generosity," Hasbrouck Heights police said. We truly appreciate any support you can provide."
