A Jersey City woman says she was attacked by a man claiming to be a taxi driver during a trip to Turks and Caicos is sharing her story. The fast-growing restaurant chain is opening in Cherry Hill later this month and will soon bring another location to Sea Girt, the business said. Man, Woman Found Dead In Keyport
A man and woman were found dead on the Jersey Shore earlier this week. The bodies were found Tuesday morning, March 19 in Keyport, a spokesperson from the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said. He did not say where nor reveal further information. "This is an isolated incident and we would like to reiterate that there is no further threat to the public," Christopher Swendeman said. Schools Shelter In Place Amid Investigation Into Possibly Armed Perth Amboy Student: Cops
An investigation into a student who was believed to have been armed with a gun had some schools sheltering in place Friday, March 22, police said. The investigation began around 12:10 p.m., when officers were called to investigate a student "acting suspiciously" at a school in Perth Amboy, local police said. The student was believed to have been headed toward another school looking for another student, police said. The student was taken into custody and was found to not have been armed, police said. The shelter in place was lifted later in the day. The investigation is ongoing.

The Valley Hospital Has Opening Date For New Paramus Campus
The Valley Hospital is officially in Paramus. Almost. After more than 70 years in Ridgewood, The Valley Hospital will relocate to Paramus in April. Attempted Murder For Gunman In Double Baltimore Shooting: Cops
A 28-year-old man has been arrested in a double shooting earlier this week in Baltimore, police announced. Wayne Coleman is believed to have shot two men, ages 36 and 24, on the 2300 block of East Hoffman Street on Tuesday, March 19, city police said. Medics transported both victims to an area hospital to receive treatment for their injuries. Due to the critical condition of one victim, Homicide detectives were notified. Coleman was arrested on Thursday, March 21, and charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Maryland Man, 22, Gunned Down In DC
A 22-year-old Maryland man was shot and killed in Washington DC overnight, authorities said. According to Metro DC police, Matthew Ginyard, of Temple Hills, was shot on the 300 block of 59th Street just before 2:15 a.m. Friday, March 22. He was found by officers who'd heard the gunshots and pronounced dead at the scene.
